Valdiguié is similar in style to Cru Beaujolais and originates from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in South of France. $28
Sixty-four percent is from the original Sauvignon Blanc vineyard planted in 1959, twenty-one percent is from our newest planting (2001) of the rare clone 376, and fourteen percent is from our hillside vineyard planted in 1985. This wine is tank fermented at a cool temperature to preserve its intense varietal character and firm acidity. This is an intense and full-bodied wine. 2930 cases were produced.
