Sweetwater vineyard is located at the highest elevation of our estate. This wine has perfumed aromas of sweet cherry, rose petals, dried flowers and spice with rich ripe cherry and vanilla flavors. A full palate with refined tannins and balanced acidity are in perfect harmony. This is a blend of the Rochioli West Block selection, Dijon 777, and the Chambertin selection. The average yield was 2.6 tons per acre and twenty barrels were bottled.
