The wine has inviting aromas of ripe plum, black cherry and warm spice. The palate is layered with black currant, dried orange peel, and subtle herbal notes accented by fresh black pepper and a touch of dark chocolate. Soft, refined tannins carry the complexity through to a long, elegant finish. Only 6 barrels produced.
